Your Journey Portrait is custom-made from the details you submit. You are responsible for checking names, dates, locations, captions, and photo rights.

Artwork approval

You review and approve the generated artwork before payment. Production begins automatically after successful payment, so check the entire preview carefully.

Customer-provided content

You confirm that you have permission to use every selected photo and that your content does not violate another person’s rights.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Because production begins automatically after payment, cancellation may not be possible once payment succeeds. Defective, damaged, or materially incorrect physical products remain eligible for replacement or refund.
