What we collect

We collect the contact details and relationship-story information you submit, the approved composite artwork created in your browser, and order and payment status supplied by Stripe.

How we use it

We use this information only to create, print, ship, support, and account for your order. Payment-card information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored by us.

Photo privacy

Selected photos are composed into the artwork inside your browser. The separate original photo files are not uploaded to us. The approved composite artwork is stored privately only until Printify accepts it for production, with automatic expiration within 60 days for abandoned orders.

Service providers

We use Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for secure hosting and temporary storage, and Printify and its print provider for production and shipping. Printify receives the customer-approved print artwork rather than separate original photo files. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.

Retention and requests

We retain order records as needed for fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, and legal accounting. You may request access or deletion by emailing ventureops.studio@outlook.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
